Your Money can be collected as mobile money USD cash, Rands or local currency cash Our Agents in Zimbabwe are registered Bureaux which means your recipient can choose to convert the USD into Rand or local currency at competitive rates. Access Forex, has seven additional remittance corridors between South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Kenya and Mozambique. Customers in South Africa can remit directly into some of Africa’s largest mobile money operators, including Safaricom, MTN, and Airtel.

If you are in the UK you can use either one of the following:

2. Valid Passport/ Resident Card plus a utility bill not more than 3 months old.

If you are in SA you can use either one of the following:

1. Upload a Selfie
2. Foreign Passport (NO SA Passport)
3. South African ID
4. Foreign ID
5. Asylum Documents

·         If sending to Zimbabwe there is a minimum receiving amount is US$10 per transaction.

·         If you are transacting from South Africa there is a daily sending limit of R5,000, R25,000 a month, and R300,000 per year.

·         If you are transacting from the UK there is a maximum sending limit of £10,000 per transaction.

Funds that you send will be ready for collection immediately after your recipient has received the confirmation code on their phone.

·         Step 1: Recipient receives confirmation code on their phone

·         Step 2: They visit their nearest Access Forex registered Agent with their ID or Passport
